| frames pipeline | In this pipeline, the images are bias-subtracted and flat-fielded, and bad columns, cosmic rays, and bleed trails are interpolated over. This yields corrected frames . Then objects are found by running a PSF-matched filter over the image, and matched up between the five frames making up a field. A deblender is run to resolve overlaps, and the properties of each object are written to the fpObjc files. Atlas images are written to the fpAtlas files.
